General Rules

GENERAL RULES

  • Every pupil must have a copy of the handbook which must be brought to the school daily.
  • Parents/Guardian must see the diary daily or regularly. Note all the reports and remarks and Sign them promptly. No pupil will be allowed to atend his or her classes without this dairy.
  • Strict regularity, obedience, courtsey in speech and conduct cleanliness of dress are expected from every pupil.
  • Students are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also their general behavior outside.
  • The wearing of school uniform is obligatory.
  • Any kind of damage done in the school premises must be repaired.
  • No books, newspaper or periodical may be brought to school without the sanction of the Principal.
  • Late comers and absentees from school will not be admitted to class without the Principal signature.
  • Running or shouting in the school premised is not allowed.
  • In case of illness, a medical certificate must be within three days of absence.
  • If a pupil continues to be absent for a for a month without any intimation to the Principal of the school his/her name will be struck off from the school rolls and in case of rejoinino the admission fee will be recharged.
  • The school authorities do not hold themselves responsible produced for the students loss of money, bookS, article, clothina. The students are expected to look after their own belongings carefully.
  • Articles found in the school are to be handed over to the office.
  • Parents are strictly forbidden to interview their children or their teachers in the class without the permission of the Principal.
  • All pupils should take part in drill and outdoor games.
  • Any communication (request or complaint) made by a parent should be addressed to the principal and not to the class teacher. When thus communicating with the Principal parents are requested to mention in their letter the name and class (with section) of their children.

RECOMMENDATION TO PARENTS

  • Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorie and staff enforcing regularity and discipline, seeing to it tnal children study at home and come to school regularly and take an effective and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
  • Parents must go through the school diary regularly and sign Principal and teacher’s remarks and messages.
  • Parents should realise that parent-teacher meeting IS voy important and they should very positively attend them regula Not showing any interest of attending this meeting shows the lackness of parent.No school business will be transacted during holidays.

RULES FOR EXAMINATION

  • Every month be a monthly test. In November after the Dushahara holidays will be Half Yearly Examination. In the 4 week of February will be Annual Exam. Any changes will be notified.
  • Each child should achieve at least 40% passing marks in each subject.
  • To appear in monthly test 20 day’s attendance is essential.
  • Maximum 10 grace marks will be awarded to those, who obtain 40% marks in aggregate.
  • Grace marks will be awarded in one subject only one failing either in half Yearly or Final Examination.
  • To Pass in both written and practical examination is essential.

FEE REGULATION

  • Fee dates are respectively 15th 16th 17th & 18th and last two dates of every month.
  • In case the school remains closed on the fee-dates. the date will be extended.
  • If the fee is not deposited on proper time without information and month is over, the student’s name will be struck off from the school register.
  • Fee will be deposited shift-wise during school-hours.
  • Those who fail to deposit it on last day of month will have to pay Rs. 200/- as re-admission fee.
